Complementary training module to the Selfie-coach EXPERT training.

Prerequisites: having completed the Selfie-coach EXPERT training.

Duration and organisation: 4 h

✓ 3 h synchronous remote.

You will learn to
✓ Define the desired state of mind for a mission.
✓ Use the questionnaire on the recruiter side.
✓ Support the candidate in completing their assessment.
✓ Cross-reference the two readings without turning MATCH into a personality test.
✓ Identify significant gaps.
✓ Distinguish a problematic gap from a potentially adjustable gap.
✓ Use the results as a decision aid, and not as an automatic decision.
✓ Present the results to the candidate and the sponsor.
You will leave with
✓ A Selfie-coach MATCH accreditation.

Skills and experience allow you to assess what a candidate can do. They do not
always allow you to anticipate how they will actually approach a mission.
Selfie-coach MATCH compares the state of mind required to succeed in a mission with
that of the candidate facing this same mission. The objective is to clarify the compatibility between
a person, a mission and a work environment.

mobility or appointment process.
