Prerequisites: having completed the Selfie-coach EXPERT training.

✓ Select the contributors.
✓ Explain the framework and secure the process.
✓ Analyse the convergences and divergences of perception.
✓ Distinguish intention, visible behaviour and perceived impact.
✓ Debrief the gaps without judgement.
✓ Identify useful adjustments.
✓ Transform the results into a development plan.

✓ A Selfie-coach 360 accreditation.
Measure the gap between the state of mind you think you show and the one that
others perceive.
Our intention and the impact we produce do not always coincide.
Selfie-coach 360 compares the perception a person has of their own state of mind
with that which their entourage thinks they perceive in them facing the same situation. The
gaps allow to illuminate the image sent and the impact produced.
Objective
Learn to conduct and debrief a Selfie-coach 360 in order to transform the gaps of
perception into levers of development.
